Simply – we deliver a mobile storage container (ValueBOX) to your door, we’ll load it, and then take it away to store… pretty easy, yes?

This is faster and cheaper than doing it yourself or getting expensive removalists to help, saves double handling and greatly reduces the risks of damage.

Just tell us the time and place and … we’ll be there.

A: Not quite the proverbial length of string? Relax, after many years doing this we’re fairly confident we can help you get what you need …

Generally, we say one container is suitable for a small one bedroom or studio apartment. A two bedroom apartment will generally need two, a three bedroom will generally need three and so on . . .

A: No probs – just call us and we’ll send over another ValueBOX, or if there’s not that much you’re more than welcome to simply leave this off to us and we’ll sort out how we can help further.

A: Knowing what we expect ourselves we know the importance of being on time.

We’ll confirm timing with you the day before, and our drivers are genuinely helpful and will text you on the day with their name and expected time of arrival.

A: We try and make things as easy as possible and open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, until 4pm on Saturdays – and tho’ we really don’t like doing this for obvious reasons – can provide access on Sundays by special appointment or for emergencies.

Just note that we are closed for public holidays – well, we need a break as well!

A: You’re more than welcome to drive your belongings over yourself, HOWEVER that sort of defeats the purpose of choosing to use us as our business is to bring the storage to YOU! Got wheels, will travel… see more of what we do HERE.

A: You can come and go as often as you please FREE of charge, within normal working hours.

So we can get everything ready for you, all we ask is 24 hours notice – please.

A: YES – of course! Again, you’re free to collect your belongings yourself but the beauty of what we do is that this is – again – all part of being a MOBILE SERVICE.

A: Whilst we have full insurance ourselves for both Centres, including public liability, you are ultimately responsible for the things you are storing. You may already be insured under an existing policy, but best to check.

A: Yes, we have a WIDE SELECTION of packing boxes, wardrobe cartons, protective wrap, furniture covers & packing materials and can deliver these beforehand so you can get started when you’re ready.

We also have special ValuePACKS available which can save you more than 20% on items if bought separately – these have been specifically put together based on what we think you may need and will save you time shopping around yourself.

A: Place heavier and larger items on the bottom of packing boxes and the more fragile items on top. Make sure you properly wrap everything and fill in as much empty space with padding or scrunched newspaper – this will protect your goods and help stabilise the boxes when in storage.

Remember to let us know anything you may need whilst in storage so we can place these close to the door for easier access.

TOP TIP: We strongly recommend mattress covers – so much that we will give you these for FREE!

A: Yes, we have a female packing services which can pack up all your kitchenware and other belongings into boxes before the men come to load containers

A: Yes – whilst we normally only do this as part of our storage service, if we’re able to book you in then we’re happy to help.

In all cases you’ll find us much cheaper (and better!) than using standard removals companies, especially in Sydney, and can also assist you with all your interstate needs.

A: Yes – again; let us know how many rooms you’ve got and any special cleaning requirements and we’ll definitely be able to compete with any other quotes!

You CAN reserve storage with us at NO charge.

A: Yes, for your own peace of mind you’re more than welcome to come over and see WHERE WE ARE and what we do.

A: Out storage terms are very flexible – there is a minimum payment period of 30 days but you can store from just one week or for as long as you want.

A: Simply give us a week’s notice when you plan to move out; we will then cancel any payments and work with you on the redelivery of the container to your new place.

A: All we need you to do is sign a simple Storage Agreement and then … WELCOME ABOARD!

A: This depends upon how much you need to store, and you can see what our costs are HERE.

Remember our PRICE GUARANTEE – 10% cheaper for any comparable storage!

A: Yes, the longer the storage term and the more storage you require, the cheaper the monthly rate. In addition, we usually have SPECIAL DEALS to make this even more cost effective …

These rates are designed for customers who want to put their belongings in a safe and secure storage for over 6 months and don’t need regular access ie. travelling for an extended period and for storing statutory archives.

A: No, unlike other companies we do NOT charge deposits or reservation fees, and have NO hidden extra’s. Basically, the price we quote is the price you pay.

A: Paid monthly in advance, so you are never charged for more than 4 weeks storage UNLESS you choose one of our prepayment Special Offers.

A: Take your pick! You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card or, if easier, you can set up a periodic payment from your bank.

A: When you do move out then we will REFUND any advance payment, repaid on a weekly pro rata basis.

However, if you do choose to take up one of our prepayment plans then we’re sorry to say that we can’t reimburse any pro-rata payments with these specially prepared plans.
